General Questions

What is the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can use this email to track your order status and updates.

Can I change my order?
Orders can only be modified before they enter the shipping process. Once the order status shows “preparing for shipping”, “shipped”, or “delivered”, changes can no longer be made.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two main payment methods:

Secure credit/debit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank will automatically apply the relevant exchange rate.

Do you offer installment payments?
Yes, we support payment in up to 3 installments depending on eligibility at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping, including North America, Europe, Asia, Central America, and Oceania.

How long does shipping take?
Order processing usually takes 3–7 business days. Shipping time depends on the selected delivery method and destination.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What if I’m not home?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery the next day or contact you to reschedule. In some cases, you may need to collect your package from a local pickup point.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Items must be unused, in original condition, and requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. Please specify your request when contacting support.

Are returns free?
In some cases, return shipping is free. If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are usually processed within 14 days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Refunds or exchanges are issued within 14 days after approval.
